Walter Lewis is a fitness expert and the founder of Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions, LLC (WLFS). With over 20 years of experience, he has successfully trained and coached more than 10,000 individuals, helping them achieve optimal health and fitness. His clientele spans a diverse range, including corporations, busy professionals, executives, CEOs, seniors, pageant competitors, and adults of all ages.
Walter holds a Master of Science in Information Management from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Averett University. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), an RRCA Certified Running Coach, a Certified Wellness Coach, and holds certification from the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT).
In addition to his fitness qualifications, Walter served 8 years in the U.S. Army, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and perseverance that he applies in his fitness programs. He also spent 13 years as a Management and Program Analyst in the federal government, where he honed his skills in program development and strategic planning.
